Hare Evison is a professional magician with over 20 years of experience, whose passion for magic began while growing up on the beautiful island of Maui, Hawaii. Inspired by his father—a professional magician and lifetime member of the legendary Magic Castle—Hare was surrounded by the art of illusion from an early age. Watching his father perform sparked a lifelong love for vintage magic and the joy of creating wonder for others.
 

In September 2022, Hare relocated to Mansfield, Texas in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, where his magical journey has continued to flourish. Since arriving in North Texas, Hare has become an active member of the Bruce Chadwick Society of American Magicians (SAM) Assembly 138, where he quickly became known for his creativity, dedication, and passion for the art of magic.

Through his performances and contributions to the local magic community, Hare was honored by his peers as Magician of the Year 2024 by the Alliance of Illusionists. In recognition of his leadership and commitment to the craft, he was also elected President of the Bruce Chadwick SAM Assembly 138 for 2026.
 

Since moving to the DFW area, Hare has performed numerous magical shows for children’s birthday parties, family celebrations, community events, and local gatherings, bringing laughter, amazement, and unforgettable memories to audiences of all ages. His performances blend classic vintage magic with interactive entertainment that invites children and families to become part of the experience.
 

Today, Hare continues to share his love of magic with the community through live shows, mentorship, and magic lessons for aspiring young magicians. Whether performing at a birthday party, community event, or special celebration, Hare’s goal remains the same: to bring joy, wonder, and a little bit of real magic into every moment.
